Recognizing a significant gap in traditional training methodologies, the client envisioned "Trainee Tracker" – a groundbreaking mobile application designed as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tool. The primary aim of this app is to revolutionize the training of new personnel within the hospitality field, offering an innovative, dynamic, and game-changing approach to an industry traditionally reliant on more conventional methods. This project aimed to create a robust, intuitive, and highly engaging platform that would not only streamline the training process but also significantly enhance learning outcomes for hospitality trainees.
As the UI/UX Designer for the "Trainee Tracker" mobile app, my central role was to translate the vision of a game-changing SaaS training tool into a highly intuitive, engaging, and effective digital product. Given the challenges of traditional hospitality training – such as inconsistency, lack of engagement, and inefficient tracking – my responsibilities focused on designing a solution that directly addressed these pain points.
The Challenge
