Oasis Inn, a charming and aspiring hotel in the vibrant hospitality sector, approached us with a critical need to revitalize their digital presence. Their existing website, a relic of an earlier digital era, was not only visually outdated but also suffered from a cumbersome user experience that actively hindered potential guests from exploring their offerings and making bookings. The core objective of this project was clear: to design and develop a contemporary, intuitive, and visually captivating website that accurately reflects the Oasis Inn's commitment to quality and service, thereby transforming their online portal into a powerful tool for attracting and engaging discerning travelers.
As the lead designer for this project, I was responsible for spearheading the complete overhaul of the Oasis Inn's digital presence. My role encompassed the full spectrum of the website redesign process, from initial conceptualization to the final execution. This involved a deep dive into understanding the challenges of the old, "old school" website and its detrimental user experience.
