As the UI/UX Designer for HealthCare Hub, my core responsibility was to transform the digital experience into an intuitive, compassionate, and highly informative platform for patients. This involved meticulously crafting the user experience through logical information architecture and seamless navigation, while simultaneously designing a clean, professional, and visually reassuring user interface. My efforts focused on simplifying access to healthcare services, presenting complex information clearly, optimizing calls to action for patient engagement, and showcasing the hub's diverse offerings to reinforce its image as a trustworthy and patient-centric provider.
